Spacious, new Breckenridge Park Model, featuring one bedroom with queen bed, large closet, color t.v, the unit also features 2 hide a beds with front room that converts to second bedroom by simply pulling the divider closed. Floor to ceiling windows make this rental very sunny and bright. Sliding patio door leads to spacious deck with retractable awning. Fully furnished kitchen, and full bath with tub and shower, with skylight. Large living area with built in color TV, VCR and stereo system with CD player. This is the only unit with central air conditioning. Rowboat is included in your week rental. Maximum occupancy is 6. This unit is not available in the winter.

Rates are for up to 4 people, additional people $5/night per person, or $20/week per person.

A deposit is required on all cabin rentals. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable. You are responsible for the entire length of your stay. Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days to allow for mailing time of your deposit. We welcome cash or your personal check, however, we do not accept credit cards. We do not allow pets in our cabins. Check in time is 2:00 PM Check out time is 10:00 AM
Our week starts Saturday afternoon and ends Saturday morning. We do not allow smoking in our cabins.
